I) Candidate must be at least 5 years removed from competing/coaching with ties to Hammond.

2) To be considered as an athlete, candidate must have been a Hammond resident during his/her local playing career.

3) Coach to have been a product of a Hammond school or coached in Hammond.

4) All candidates must be examples of exemplary citizenship during and following their playing/coaching careers.
